Our breads, pastas and ice creams are all made in the restaurant kitchen thereby providing a glimpse of the care and attention to detail this restaurant affords its dining guests. The best in local and seasonal produce from the region is complemented by the Estate's extensive herb gardens.
Service levels are everything you'd expect of a five star establishment, with the Estate's cellar brimful of wines from the acclaimed Mornington Peninsula, other regions of Australia and overseas.
