BCL - Historic Plane Silver Clipper Dinner Flight - Vic
Overview
The night commences with check-in procedures at 7:00pm when you arrive at the Silver Clipper VIP Lounge. You're greeted by our flight and ground staff and served nibbles and champagne before boarding commences at 7:30pm.
The flight departs at 7:45pm. During the flight a cold elegant hamper style meal is served with red and white wines, ales or soft drinks. This hamper is supplied by the award winning Artistic Catering. On return to the lounge, at approx 9:00pm, we serve chocolates, coffee and port. The evening concludes at 9:30pm.

Additional Info
- Smoking is not permitted in the Aircraft or Lounge. Passengers are encouraged to dress in the spirit of the occasion and the minimum standard of dress with which we believe you will be comfortable, is smart casual or cocktail wear. (Jeans, jumpers, runners etc would be out of place).
- The flights are weather dependant and weather can occasionally be unsuitable for a smooth flight. We would therefore choose to reschedule on the next available date that suits. We operate under stringent Government Regulations that prohibit carriage of passengers under the influence.
- Numbers on the day: We operate with a maximum of 28 people.
- Session length: 2 1/2 Hours. Saturday evenings only, with the occasional Friday.

- Cancellations notified 30 days or more prior to activity date » full refund is given by activity supplier;
- Cancellations notified 8 days or more (but less than 30 days) prior to activity date » 50% refund is given by activity supplier;
- Cancellations notified less than 8 days prior to activity date » no refund is given by activity supplier.
If you do not attend at the agreed date, time and place you may not be entitled to any refund by the activity supplier.
