BCL - 5 Day Top End Parks 4WD Safari
Overview
All meals are included except breakfast on day 1 and dinner on day 5.Also included are 2 nights in a Bush Bungalow, 1 night in a Stockmans room at Mt Bundy Station and 1 night in a permanent camp (fixed tents), the sunset Yellow Waters cruise, 2 hour Nitmiluk Gorge cruise, Kakadu park entry fees and a cultural experience in Katherine.
On day 1, we depart Darwin at approx 7.30am and travel to Fog Dam Reserve and Mamukala Wetlands for birdlife viewing. After lunch we explore Ubirr, where we walk through galleries of ancient Aboriginal rock art, which your guide will interpret. Bowali Information centre. Overnight in Bush Bungalows.
Day 2- We explore Nourlangie Rock, an Aboriginal shelter with some great rock art and we also take a walk to the lookout at Nawalandja. Walk through a paperbark forest to reach Maguk where we have a swim. We have a look around the Warradjan Cultural centre and then take the sunset Yellow Waters cruise- there is an abudbance of birdlife in the area and keep an eye out for saltwater crocs ! Overnight in Bush Bungalows.
Day 3- We journey to the south of Kakadu to the beautiful Gunlom waterfall.Here we have a swim and a hot lunch before leaving Kakadu and driving south to Katherine, calling in for a swim at Edith Falls en-route. Overnight at Maud Creek permanent camp (fixed tents), in Katherine.
Day 4-Today starts with a cruise through Nitmiluk Gorge, enjoying the scenery and learning about the traditional owners- the Jawoyn people. Then we take a hands on cultural experience at the Katherine Art Gallery. Activities include learning hunting techniques and making your own painting to take home.
This afternoon we drive to Mt Bundy Station and overnight in the Stockmans rooms.
Day 5- We spend today in Litchfield National Park, swimming at Wangi Falls, Buley Rockhole and Florence Falls. Also learn about the interesting termite mounds. Drive back to Darwin, arriving at approx 5.30pm. Hotel drop offs.

This tour departs from your Darwin hotel and spends 5 days sightseeing, walking, swimming, enjoying a helicopter flight and taking cruises in Kakadu, Litchfield and Katherine. Tour returns to Darwin in the evening of Day 5 and you will be dropped off at your hotel. Exact meeting point and supplier's details are provided immediately after booking.

- All walks and activities are at the clients descretion but to fully appreciate and enjoy the parks, we would recommend a reasonable level of fitness and an ability to swim. Minimum child age for this tour is 6 years and maximum child age is 15 years
- Please advise where you would like to be picked up from, whether you have any dietary requirements, special needs or physical limitations ? We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance and that passengers read our terms and conditions, which are available on our website. Child age 6-15 years.
- Numbers on the day: Our maximum group size is 7 passengers and 1 guide. Tours will depart with a minimum of 4 passengers.

- Tours will depart with a minimum of 4 passengers and carry a maximum of 7. luggage limit is 15kg and a day pack per person. Alcohol is not included and we accept canned beer and casked wine only. Price is per person twin share. Single travellers must have own tent / room and pay the single supplement, which is $150. This tour runs from April- October inclusive and the itinerary may vary in April and May until all the attractions open.
