Caving At Wee Jasper Caves

Description

Explore the Wee Jasper Caves with your experienced caving guides. You will start the day by exploring the walk in the signature cave. Then, crawl through and explore the limestone features of this magnificent adventure cave.

As you come back to the surface, you will practice abseiling before being served a hearty lunch.

You will then move around to the Dip Series Cave where you will abseil into the daylight chamber before exploring the rest of the cave.

Wee Jasper caves are known for their unique and fascinating limestone features and they are sure to take your breath away!

Participant Guidelines

Please bring old comfortable clothes, 2 pairs of shoes (1 old pair with good grip that will get dirty), a rain & wind jacket, sun hat, a jumper or warm jacket, sunscreen, a change of clean clothes for the end of the trip. A plastic bag to put dirty clothes in at conclusion of trip is recommended.

Must be booked at least 2 days before activity.

All participants will need to sign a waiver of liability form prior to departure. We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to any reason beyond our control, including poor weather, insufficient number). In the event of a cancelled trip, we will reschedule your experience for a later date

Session Length

We depart Canberra at 8am arriving at Wee Jasper at approximately 9.45am. On our return, we depart Wee jasper for Canberra at approximately 5pm.

Numbers on Day

We operate with a minimum group size of 6 and maximum of 20 on the day.
