Overview
In this 45min -1 hour beginners pole dancing class, learn basic pole skills and sexy moves. A great way to exercise and a whole new way of having fun. Conveniently located in both Melbourne and the Mornington Pennisular, why not try one of the classes near you!
This beginners class includes:

We have 2 studios in Victoria - Prahran (Melbourne) and Mornington (Mornington Peninsula).

Numbers
This class requires a minimum of 4 people to operate. There will be a maximum of 13 people within each class, with a dedicated instructor showing you the moves.
Session Time
This is a 45min-1 hour class. Please arrive a little before the class (15 minutes), to give you enough time to prepare and get yourself settled.
Guidelines & Restrictions
The only guideline is that you are of generally good health. It is highly recommended that pregnant women do not participate in the pole dancing section.
What to wear? Bring a pair of shorts and sexy high heels. All rings, bangles, belt buckles and dangly earrings must be removed to avoid damage to the pole and yourselves. Please do not put any moisturizer or oils on prior to coming, as it will make the pole slippery and could cause injury.
