Your cooking class with a experienced chef and teacher will teach you an amazing range of skills and Thai recipes:
* Red, Green and Musaman Thai Curry Pastes
* Traditional Thai Curry,
* Thai Fish Cakes with an authentic Thai Dipping Sauce,
* Thai Chicken Dumplings with a Peanut and Lime Dressing
* Fragrant Thai Cucumber Salad
* Som Tam Salad
* Steamed rice infused with Kaffir Lime Leaf
Upon cooking your sensational Thai dishes you will be able to enjoy your very own creations.
From this experience you will learn cooking skills and dishes that will have you impressing family and friends for dinner parties to come!

This cooking class takes place in Westmeadows, 15 minutes from the Melbourne CBD.
Exact meeting point and supplier's details are provided immediately after booking.
Numbers
The price quoted for this experience is for one person. The class numbers are limited to 8 people.
Session Time
This class will operate once a week on a nominated day, subject to availability. If the class is on a week night it will operate from 6.30 - 9.45 p.m. and on a weekend from 11.00a.m. - 3.00p.m. Please arrive on time, as there is a lot to learn and plenty of food to enjoy!
Guidelines & Restrictions
These classes are designed for both men and women of all ages. People with no cooking experience to a gourmet chef will gain a wealth of knowledge from this experience.
Your Cooking Instructor appears each month on Channel 31 in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide doing a Cooking Segment on the top rating gardening programme, Vasili's Garden. She is also an experienced Food Tutor with the College of Advanced Education in Melbourne.
