The morning will consist of a thorough two-hour surfing lesson at a beach chosen on the day according to weather conditions. You will learn all about surf safety and about how to read rips and catch waves.
We then stop for lunch before continuing with the afternoon surfing lesson. This will consists of further one-on-one coaching from our qualified surf instructors and some free time to practice what you learned in the morning. If you feel confident, you might even be able to learn further skills to better your surfing experience!
Before returning to Melbourne we will stop off at the popular coastal town of Torquay and visit the famous Bells Beach and the kangaroos at Anglesea.

This experience may be affected by the weather. In the case of poor weather conditions we may need to reschedule your experience for a later date. We will contact you 24 hours prior if your surf tour is to be rescheduled.
These surfing lessons are perfect for beginners and for more experienced surfers.
There will be a maximum of 14 participants on the tour, with seven students per instructor.
Our coaches are fully qualified surf coaches with years of experience and hold surf lifesaving and first aid certificates.
We have a number of boards available for more experienced surfers.
You must also be of a standard level of fitness and have no medical conditions that may pose a risk while surfing.
You may purchase a DVD of the surf tour for an extra cost on the day.
