Horse Riding In Centennial Park

Description

See Sydney's fabulous Centennial Park from the comfort of your saddle.

Starting at our rustic stables within Centennial Park you will be prepared with the necessary equipment for horse riding.

The trip itself is a one hour fully guided horse ride around Centennial Park including full pre-brief, quick riding hints and tips and lots of other info you may wish to learn about. You will get a guide for each participant so children will be safe from around 5 and upwards. 3 - 4 year olds can book a pony lead.

Participant Guidelines

Wear long pants, closed shoes (no runners) with smooth soles and a heal. Shoes are available but its advisable to bring your own to ensure you have the right size. A helmet is supplied and hair nets are available on request. Ideal for any age, even young Olympic aspirants of 6 years upwards.

All riders will need to sign an indemnity form prior to riding. Please note that your given start time will not always be exact. Rides do run late from time to time as horses are animals and can be unpredictable. New riders take time to get used to horses and this can result in a ride running late.

Must be booked at least 2 days before activity.

Pony Lead 1/2 hour rides are available for adults accompanying children. Subject to availability. Times and dates 'booked' are merely a request. Please call 1300 46 36 48 to confirm available times

Session Length

Allow approximately 2 hours (1 hour on the actual ride). Rides can take place 7 days a week, at the session times of 11am-12pm 12pm-1pm, 1pm-2pm and 2pm-3pm, subject to availability. Park ride times may change according to the seasons as they are dependent on the park opening hours.

Numbers on Day

You and your experienced instructor. Groups of 6 - 8 (max) can be organised but will require 1 week notice. Please call to enquire about availabilities
