BCL - Canoe By Twilight
Overview
The adventure starts as we paddle past historical boat houses, picnic spots, a golf course, secluded riverside homes and the 'Bat Zone' - home of the Grey Headed Flying Fox. It's a relaxing peaceful paddle through gum trees and parks close to Melbourne.
Meet us near the river then its a short car shuttle. After a safety briefing and introduction to canoeing we will set off for a leisurely paddle on the Yarra River. We will spend approximately 1.5 hours on the water until dusk and then we will tuck into our chicken and drinks until it's time to go home!
We start Autumn & Winter trips earlier at about 3pm as they finish on dusk.

Additional Info
- Average ability to swim is recommended. Remember to bring bathers, shorts, towel, spray jacket, old pair of runners or river sandals (you must have footwear on the river). A change of dry clothes is also recommended. We use 2 person flat water canoes or kayaks.
- This experience includes /Kayaking and safety equipment, professional guides, supper (chicken & salad), spray jacket & thermal top (if required), insurance, First Aid. We recommend personal travel insurance.
- Numbers on the day: Price is per person. Group sizes range from 4-12 participants with 1or 2 river guides provided depending on the group size.
- Session length: This canoe trip lasts for approximately 3 hours. Summer & Daylight Savings trips start at 5pm. Autumn & winter trips start approximately 3pm.

- Cancellations notified 30 days or more prior to activity date » full refund is given by activity supplier;
- Cancellations notified 8 days or more (but less than 30 days) prior to activity date » 50% refund is given by activity supplier;
- Cancellations notified less than 8 days prior to activity date » no refund is given by activity supplier.
If you do not attend at the agreed date, time and place you may not be entitled to any refund by the activity supplier.
