Overview
John is a fully accredited member of the Professional Fishing Instructors and Guides Association of Australia. In this half day casting course you'll learn how to cast a fly rod. Throughout the afternoon, he'll teach you the basics of casting, as well as the overhead cast, how to "shoot a line," and the roll cast. We will also cover the safety aspects of casting.
Other skills that you will be taught include line handling, and tips on knots.
We guarantee it's fun and definitely not difficult! You will be surprised how easy it can be if you learn the correct way.
All equipment is supplied for a great afternoon! You also receive a full set of course notes. John has taught hundreds of people the art of casting a fly rod.

We meet at Seaforth Bowling Club, Kirkwood Street. North Seaforth. NSW.

Additional Info
- Please bring a broad brimmed hat, sunscreen and wet gear if necessary.
Participants should be in reasonable health. Children must be 13 years and over and accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Numbers on the day: Please note that we require a minimum of 2 people for this course to take place,
maximum number is 6 people.
- Session length: The course is 3 hours, (outdoors) from 1pm to 4pm.
- This course requires 2 people as a minimum and has a maximum of 6.

Changes and Cancellations Policy
The cancellation policy for this activity is as follows:
- Cancellations notified 30 days or more prior to activity date » full refund is given by activity supplier;
- Cancellations notified 8 days or more (but less than 30 days) prior to activity date » 50% refund is given by activity supplier;
- Cancellations notified less than 8 days prior to activity date » no refund is given by activity supplier.
If you do not attend at the agreed date, time and place you may not be entitled to any refund by the activity supplier.
