BCL - Delicious Desserts Cooking Class
Overview
When you arrive for your cooking class you'll be offered a refreshment. You'll then be given a short orientation and safety brief. Your talented dessert chef will demonstrate the dishes that you will be cooking and answer any questions you have.
You'll then break into small groups and prepare some of the fabulous dishes under the guidance of the chef. The mouthwatering menu includes 5 varied desserts!
You'll also learn many of the shortcuts that professional chefs use when cooking in order to produce great results quickly - these are great tips for people on the go!

- Annandale (Sydney - New South Wales)
The classes are held in Annandale, Sydney. Exact meeting point and supplier's details are provided immediately after booking.

- This class is all about getting expert tips on how to prepare and present some really impressive desserts from an expert chef. The class is both demonstration and hands on. Aprons, all equipment and ingredients are provided. Please wear closed-toes, flat shoes with a solid sole and good grip.
- Numbers on the day: We operate with a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 16 people in each class. In the rare situation that the minimum number isn't reached you will be given at least 3 days notice with the chance to reschedule for a later date or offered the opportunity to participate in one of our other great classes.
- Session length: This experience is held on Saturdays, commencing at 2.30pm and finishing at 5.30pm. Bookings are essential and are subject to availability.
