Overview
Free Range Horse Riding is for experienced riders who wish to explore the valley at their own pace.
Their experienced staff will match one of their 200 quality horses to your level of experience, whether you're a nervous beginner or an expert. All riders are given individual instruction before leaving the yards.
Glenworth Valley is Australia's largest horse riding centre, set on a magnificent 3000 acre property surrounded by National Park. Ride to the natural rock pools for a swim or follow the creek as it meanders its way through the valley. Altogether there are 50kms of unspoilt wilderness trails to explore. Enjoy the freedom of free range horse riding.

This activity takes place at Peats Ridge, Glenworth Valley, 1 hour north of Sydney

Session Time
Session length is 3 hours. Session times are 10am Monday-Friday, and 9.30am or 12pm weekends and public holidays.
Guidelines & Restrictions
The best clothing to wear is long sleeved shirts, long pants and enclosed shoes with a heel. Sunscreen is also recommended. As a guide we have a maximum weight limit of 120kgs for riders, however this is subject to variation on a daily basis due to the availability of suitable horses. Our minimum trail ride age is 7 years old.
Riders will be required to sign an application to ride form prior to ride. Riders under 18 will need to be signed by parent or guardian. Rides are conducted in all weather conditions.
Glenworth Valley is approximately a 1 hour drive north of the Sydney Harbour Bridge (towards the Central Coast)
Once booking has been made, please print out confirmation email and bring with you on the day.
