Overview
These beginner lessons are jam-packed full of fun, with easy basic manoeuvres that will have you up and rding within the first 20 minutes of your class.
Catering for all ages, these two hour classes teach you all about basics of surfing, including
ocean knowledge and surf skills.
Safety is there number one priority with coaches in the water by your side at all times.
Held at the World Famous Burleigh Heads Beach, you have access to showers and change rooms including a children''s playground area, shops and BBQ facilities.
Lessons are held everyday.

Up to 18 participants on a day, with one coach per 8 students at all times.

Guidelines & Restrictions
Any age is welcome, and all you need is boardshorts and/or swimmers and a towel, all other equipment is supplied free of charge!
Head coach Michael 'Munga' Barry is an accredited surf school coach by the Australian Coaching Council. He is a Former WCT Pro Surfer for over 15 years and contest Director for the Billabong Pro events, including head coach for the Billabong team riders, and Australian Junior team.
All his staff are qualified instructors. The surf school is a member of the Gold Coast Tourism Bureau, and has an approved certificate for the Commission for children and young people.
The surf school is fully insured.
