• Sit down restaurant champagne breakfast, including a full hot breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, and hash browns) and a continental breakfast (cereals, breads, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, juice, milk, tea,coffee).

• A commemorative flight certificate.

Child prices valid for ages 6 - 12 years. No infants permitted. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Passengers must be independently mobile to embark and disembark the balloon basket.

Meeting point and supplier flight confirmation details provided immediately after booking.

This experience is completely weather dependent - final flight and weather confirmations are carried out the night prior to the flight.

Flights run daily at sunrise (weather and numbers permitting). Please allow approx 3-4 hours. The actual flight is approx 1 hour in duration. Start times vary throughout the year, dependant on sunrise. The exact time for your balloon flight will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

For flight manifest purposes, all passengers' names and estimated weights(kgs) must be advised.

The booking office must be notified if you are over 90 kgs, or have any medical issues. Anyone over 115kg will incur a 50% surcharge. Women are not permitted to fly during pregnancy.

We operate with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 people in the basket. In the event that minimum numbers are not met, we reserve the right to reschedule your experience for a later date.

We operate all year round - 7 days a week - numbers & weather conditions permitting.

Casual comfortable clothing & flat closed shoes. All passengers must complete and sign a standard company 'Registration, Medical Check & Assumption of Risk' form before the flight.

You'll be briefed and given safety instructions on the day. This includes take off and landing positions.
