Overview
Off to the races! Recreate the excitement of Spring Carnival Racing at your next event! In this unique entertainment concept, we will provide your group with all the necessary details to let them feel as if they really are at the races.
Throughout the Horse Racing evening, we run a DVD of 6 previously run races, each with 8 numbered horses. Everyone has a chance to make as many bets at they like, using "game" money that we provide.
When all bets have been placed, our "Phantom Race Caller" calls the race "live" with the winner displayed on the screen. We even provide an engraved "Melbourne Cup" for the eventual winner.
Along with all paraphernalia, we supply a 50" plasma screen and stand, PA system and DVD player. We also provide original bookie boards and our very own 'bent bookies' who run the event and inject the right amount of fun & jokes into the proceedings. We even set it up and pack it all away at the end of the event leaving you free to focus on your guests.

The price include all delivery and set up within 15km of Melbourne CBD. Exact meeting point and supplier's details are provided immediately after booking.
Additional Info
- All guests need to be 18 years of age and above to participate at these events. Please note that this event is for fun only. No real money is ever wagered at the event - to do so would forfeit all further participation.
- Numbers on the day: This is a group package, valid for up to 50 guests. Each event will be guided by our very own Bookie and Race Caller.
- Session length: The standard event package is 3 hours. We require approximately 60
minutes set up time and
30 minutes to remove all equipment at the end of the event.
- We suggest a minimum of 30 guests upto a maximum of 50 guests. For larger groups please advise as need to add extra staff on depending on the number of guests.

Booking Insurance
It is recommended that you consider GoDo Booking Insurance. This is insurance cover for losses incurred if the activity is cancelled (under certain circumstances) by you or the activity supplier.
Changes and Cancellations Policy
The cancellation policy for this activity is as follows:
- Cancellations notified 30 days or more prior to activity date » full refund is given by activity supplier;
- Cancellations notified 8 days or more (but less than 30 days) prior to activity date » 50% refund is given by activity supplier;
- Cancellations notified less than 8 days prior to activity date » no refund is given by activity supplier.
If you do not attend at the agreed date, time and place you may not be entitled to any refund by the activity supplier.
