3 Day Cape Tribulation - Cooktown Wanderer
Description
Day 1:
You will be collected from your accommodation by Jungle Tours. Enjoy one of the most scenic coastal drives in Australia. Visit the Rainforest Habitate Wildlife Sanctuary, Port Douglas and see endangered cassowary and other wildlife including koalas and crocodiles.
Mossman Gorge, Interpretive rainforest walk and if time a swim in the pristine
Mossman River. Includes picnic lunch.Daintree River Cruise, search for crcodiles, water birds and other wildlife. Cape Tribualtion Beach, relax, swim or walk the boardwalk to the lookout. Overnight Cape Tribulation
Day 2
You will be collected from your accommodation at 10.30am by Adventure North
Travel the 4wd only Bloomfield Track, cross rivers and mountain ranges
Travel through the heart of the World Heritage Listed Daintree National Park
Lunch is included at the Lions Den Hotel, one of North Queensland's oldest running bush pubs (est. 1875).
Visit the mysterious Black Mountains steeped in Aboriginal legend
Enjoy 360 degree panoramic views of Cooktown and the Endeavour River
Overnight Cooktown
Day 3:
Enjoy the day at your leisure to explore Cooktown,
Or take the optional Aboriginal Rock Art Tour with Nugal-warra Elder Willie Gordon
Visit 6 Rock Art sites departs Cooktown at 7.45am returns 1.15pm
Visit the World Class James Cook Museum, Nature Powerhouse Museum or stroll Experience the unspoilt beauty of tCooktown

Tour departs from Cairns, Northern Beaches and Port Douglas. We are able to provide a courtesy pick up service from your accommodation.
Participant Guidelines
This tour is not suitable for children under 3 years. If you do take the optional Aboriginal Rock Art Tour please be sure to wear covered closed in shoes.
This product is designed for independence and flexability.
Day 1 is with Jungle Tours
Day 2 & 3 with Adventure North, plenty of free time to explore the regions.
$20.00 fuel levy per person payable on board, Day 2 to Adventure North

Session Length
Multiple Locations, courtesy hotel pickup Depart Day 1 Cairns 7.00am and return Day 3 approx 9.30pm. Depart Port Douglas 9.00am and return Day 3 approx 8.30pm

These are small personalised groups with a maximum of 13 passengers. Tour subject to weather conditions (Bloomfield Track) alternative route will be taken via the inland road, Mulligan Highway
